Our office is open Monday
through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday and Friday until 6:00 p.m.
Keeping
the busy woman in mind, we can also schedule later appointments on
Wednesdays and Fridays. Appointments can be made by calling (713)
790-0099. In the event of an emergency, we will work you into the
appointment schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment,
please give us at least 24-hours advance notice.

After you make your appointment then fill out our Online Registration form. This will give you the opportunity to fill out the form in the privacy of your own home, and give you quick access to your medical records. By filling out the form before your appointment you do not have to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out it in our office. Parking is available in the office building and surgical center.
